Our initial visit following your enquiry.
We will assess your options and advise on access to the loft, the layout potential of the new room, if ensuite is possible or if dormers are required.
A firm quotation will follow within seven days.
The quotation will include preparing plans for planning approval (if required) not all conversions require planning approval.
On acceptance of the quotation – we will schedule a start date to meet your commitments.
A pre start meeting to discuss and agree the conversion process.
All stages of the conversion are inspected by the building control inspector; so on completion a final certificate will be issued.
Your new loft is guaranteed for two years.
